Is my computer compatible with the cheat?
We provide full support for AMD and Intel CPUs on and up to the latest versions of Windows 10 & 11. We support both Laptops and Computers. Virtual Machines or Custom OS are not recommended.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards and crypto are supported via our processors. Availability can vary by region - license keys are automatically delivered to your email address.
How can I ensure the cheat is undetected?
Visit the live status page — it auto-refreshes and matches the loader, the live status page provides real-time information about the detection status and history of all our software.
Is it easy to setup the cheat?
Yes - our loader has a complete automatic setup process, it will automatically configure your computer settings & notify/guide you if anything else needs to be done.
How do licenses work? Can I move mine to another PC?
One license per machine at a time. You can request a HWID reset from support to move to a new PC. Multi-PC use requires additional licenses.
Will you compensate downtime?
For any maintenance or downtime window, we add time back automatically once service resumes.
What happens when a product shows “Updating”?
We temporarily disable loading while we update for a game patch or anticheat change. Once complete, the status returns to “Up to date”. Your license time isn’t consumed during any maintenance.
How do I use my cheat?
Once you have purchased from our website, you will receive an email containing your license code, loader, and detailed instructions of how to use your product.
How do I know my cheat is up to date?
Our software will automatically check for and download any updates whenever you launch it - rest assured you will always be on the latest version for a stress-free experience.
Do you offer refunds?
In the rare case of a technical issue that we are unable to resolve, we do indeed offer refunds - we also are happy to switch your license to another product if this is what you want. In the case of any resolved technical issues, we always generously compensate lost time and add free additional time to your subscription.
