How to pause your subscription

How to freeze your subscription time, and how to unpause when you're ready to play again.

Going away? Open a Discord ticket and we can pause your time so your subscription doesn't expire.

How to request a pause

Open a ticket in our Discord and include:

  • Your account username
  • The game name you want paused

We'll process it and confirm once it's done. From that point, your remaining time is frozen. The cheat will not allow you to login while your time is paused.

How to unpause

Open a new ticket in our Discord with the same info (username and game name) and let us know you want to resume.
