Refunds are handled on a case basis. If there's a reason we didn't deliver what you paid for, we'll work with you.

When we refund

An unresolvable technical issue. If the cheat isn't working on your PC and support has tried everything and no fix is working, we'll refund the payment.

How to request

Open a ticket in our Discord with:

• Your account username and order number
• The game the subscription is for
• A description of the issue and what support has already tried
• Screenshots or error codes if relevant

What happens after a refund is processed

Refunds go back to the original payment method:

• Card: 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account
• Crypto: sent back to the wallet address you paid from, usually within 24 hours
