Short answer: yes. Undetected means the cheat is safe against the anti-cheat, but that's only one of the ways an account can get banned. Here are the others.

Player reports

Every game has a report button. If enough players report you, or one player captures obvious footage, the game's moderation team may manually review your matches and ban you regardless of what the anti-cheat did or didn't detect.

How to reduce risk: don't play blatantly. Turn up aim smoothing, keep FOV small, don't wallbang or prefire angles. See How to minimize your ban risk while cheating.

Behavior flags and AI detection

AI-based detection. A growing number of games run AI systems (Anybrain on Rust is one widely known example, but many games ship their own) that analyze input telemetry - mouse movement smoothness, click timing, how you track targets, how fast you snap onto someone entering your field of view, etc. These systems are trained specifically to spot aimbot patterns and build player profiles to catch cheaters, they can flag you for a ban even when the cheat itself is completely undetected.

Stat-based flags. Sudden jumps in headshot rate, K/D, or accuracy that don't match your history can flag your account for manual review even without a detection.

How to reduce risk: use the humanization and smoothing settings in the cheat menu (higher smoothing, smaller aim FOV, deadzone, randomisation, etc). Avoid rage-hacking and blatant features.

Manual review

When you get reported or flagged, a human often takes a look. Depending on the game that could mean:

• Watching a demo replay of the match (CS2, Apex, most competitive shooters).
• Live-spectating you in game while you're playing (Rust, and many survival and MMO games that give admins spectate powers).
• Reviewing stat history and match logs.

Obvious cheating is visible and can cause your account to get a ban.

How to reduce risk: play in a way that looks legit on video and to spectators. Hide aimbot, don't prefire walls, don't stare at people through walls, don't do things nobody could reasonably do without a cheat, etc.

The honest bottom line

Undetected means we're confident about the cheat's safety against the anti-cheat. It does not mean you are invincible. Combine it with legit play habits and you dramatically lower your chance of a ban, but no cheat provider on earth can promise 0 bans.
