Eligibility & account

• You must be legally capable to enter a binding agreement and comply with all applicable laws where you use the Services.
• You are responsible for your account security and for any activity under it.

License & software

• Subject to these Terms and timely payment, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for your personal use.
• You may not modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, rent, sell, or sublicense the software, nor bypass technical protections or usage limits.
• We may issue updates, patches, or changes that the software may install automatically.

Acceptable use

• No unauthorized access, scanning, interference, or disruption of networks or Services.
• No use that violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party terms (including game or platform rules).
• No fraud, abuse, harassment, or attempts to avoid technical restrictions.

Billing & refunds

• Prices, billing intervals, and license durations are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply.
• All payments are processed by third-party processors; we do not store full card data.
• Our refund approach is described in the FAQ: Refunds. Any time lost to maintenance or updates is typically compensated by extending your license.

Intellectual property

The Services, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Third-party services & games

We are not affiliated with third-party games or platforms. Your use of any game or platform remains subject to its own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party actions or enforcement decisions.

Suspension / termination

We may suspend or terminate access (with or without notice) if we believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud/abuse, or created risk for us or others. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue and jurisdiction shall lie in the competent courts there.

We may amend these Terms at any time. Updates take effect when posted. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
