The license key is emailed automatically the moment you pay, if you don't see it try these in order:
- Check spam and junk folders
- Check the email you used at checkout wasn't entered incorrectly
- Check your order page which shows once checkout is complete
- If you paid by crypto, wait an hour and check your email
Still see nothing?
Open a support ticket with:
- Your order number from the payment confirmation, or the email you entered on checkout
- The rough time you paid
- The payment method (card or name of crypto)
- A screenshot of the payment confirmation or transaction
We can look up the order and send your key manually.
