"Invalid key" means the key doesn't exist in our database.

Try these in order.

1. Check for typos and hidden characters

Most of the time it's a c+p that included whitespace or missed a character.

• Retype the key carefully instead of pasting, or paste into a Notepad first, then copy from there.
• Watch out for spaces before or after the key.

2. The key came from an unverified source

If you bought the key from someone other than us or a reseller, it may not be a real key.

We only stand behind keys purchased directly through us or through an authorized reseller. Best next step is a fresh one from the Shop.

Still not working

If you've tried all of the above and the key genuinely came from us but still shows invalid, please contact support with:

• The exact key you're trying
• Your order number or purchase email
• Which game you're trying to activate

We can look it up and either fix or generate a new one.
