"Key already used" means the license key has already been redeemed.

Here's what usually causes it and what to do.

You activated it before

The most common cause. The subscription is already active on one of your accounts, so trying to activate the same key again throws this error.

• Check the Panel - is the subscription showing on your account?
• Check other emails or logins - it might be attached to an account you created and forgot about.

If you find the subscription, use that account to access it. If you need to move it to a different PC, request a HWID reset.

You bought the key from an unverified source

If you got the key somewhere other than us or an authorized reseller (Discord trade, forum post, third-party site), the previous owner most likely already used it and you cannot activate it.

We only stand behind keys purchased directly through us or through an authorized reseller. The best next step is to grab a fresh key from our Shop.

If you never activated it and never gave it out

If you're certain nobody used the key but the system says it's used, please contact support.

Open a ticket with:

• Your order number or purchase email
• The key you're trying to activate
• When you purchased and when you first tried to use it

Prevent this next time

• Only buy from us or an authorized reseller.
• Never paste your key anywhere except the Panel or the loader activation field.
• Don't share screenshots or clips with your key visible.
