To move to a new PC we reset the HWID on your account so you can login to the launcher on the new PC.
What to do

Get the new PC ready first. Run through the first-time setup checklist, download the loader from the Panel.

Open a support ticket with your account username and tell us you need a HWID reset.

Wait for approval. Usually a few hours.

Log in on the new PC. Your account will automatically lock to the new PC.
Things to know
- Only one PC can login to an account on the loader at a time. If you want to constantly swap between two machines you'll need a to create a separate account and redeem a key on this account.
- Reinstalling Windows on the same PC doesn't always need a reset. Try to login first before requesting a HWID reset.
